I don’t know anything about the actual cologne, but I am writing this review to caution potential buyers. Perfumania is the WORST vendor on the web! They are the kind of business that gives buying online a bad rap. After dealing with their rude customer “service” representatives, I vowed I would tell everyone I knew how terrible I thought they do business. When you call customer “service”, you don’t get to talk to a person. You have to leave a message. Then they don’t return your call. So then you email them your complaint and they email you back asking you to call customer service! By the time I finally spoke to an actual person, they were rude. When I asked to speak to their supervisor, Ooops! I was “disconnected”! I’m sure they didn’t expect me to call right back. If something needs to be returned, they don’t send a prepaid mailing label because I was told they are too new and don’t have that capability yet. Don’t buy anything from Perfumania. It will be more trouble than it’s worth!
There’s something about Armani! His fragrances are as stylish and classic as his designs. Acqua Di Gio is a case in point with its virile, mysterious, intriguing scent. It’s fresh and at the same time sensual.
Notes include Calabrian bergamot, neroli, and the zest of green tangerine, each warming and giving vitality to the fragrance.
Mr. Armani has said that the inspiration for this scent came from the shoreline of Pantelleria island, a body of land which lies in the Mediterranean Sea between Sicily and Tunisia. Pantelleria is one of a kind, a rarity as is Acqua Di Gio.
